About Mrs. Wagner
Hello!
My name is Christina Wagner, and I am a 3rd grade English Language Arts teacher at Tamaqua Elementary School! I started in Tamaqua Area School District as a substitute for two years and was then hired as a full-time teacher. I am a 2007 Dallas Senior High School graduate and a 2011 King's College graduate where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science. After some much-needed time off to stay home and start a family, I decided that my passion was working with children, so I went back to school to earn my Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
I love spending time outdoors with my family, going for hikes, and running. You can also find me at a basketball court, baseball diamond, soccer pitch, or football field most days! I have two sons and two daughters of my own who are very involved in sports, and I love cheering them and their teammates on every chance that I get.
