Hello!
My name is Melissa Luckenbach, and I am a 3rd grade Math teacher at Tamaqua Elementary School. I was a teacher aide for 4 years at Pine Grove Area School District. I also spent 8 years as a substitute teacher at PGASD. I went back to school to earn my Master of Arts in Elementary Education PK-4th at Kutztown University. In 2022 I was hired as a full-time 4th grade Math teacher at PGASD. This is my 4th year teaching and I am very happy to be part of Tamaqua Elementary School!
I love spending time with my family going biking, kayaking, and hiking. My husband and I also enjoy traveling to watch our daughter playing collegiate soccer or doing track and field. I also enjoy making all kinds of crafts during my free time.
Looking forward to an amazing school year in 3rd grade!
